CIS Digital Toolkit Terms

City of Angels Investment Group, LLC provides the CIS Government Contract Bid Decision Toolkit and CIS Professional Bundle — Complete Six-Toolkit Collection. These terms apply to these digital toolkit purchases. Contact CIS@COAIG.com for questions about an order or these terms.

The Government Contract Bid Decision Toolkit is $97 USD. The CIS Professional Bundle — Complete Six-Toolkit Collection is $397 USD. Each is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. Review the final total displayed at checkout before paying. Toolkit purchases do not include a CIP subscription, advisory engagement or third-party software license.

The CIS Starter Bundle remains inquiry-only and is not offered here as a self-service purchase.

A purchase licenses the purchased toolkit for use by one business. That business may use and customize the resources for its own work. Employees and contractors may use them on that business's behalf. You may use completed work in your business activities, but may not resell, publicly post, sublicense or distribute the toolkit, blank templates or reusable source materials to others. Keep publisher notices in retained source copies.

You retain ownership of your own business information and completed work; COAIG retains ownership of the original toolkit materials.

Following successful payment validation, download instructions are sent to the purchase email address. The order-specific download link expires seven calendar days after creation, calculated in America/Los_Angeles time. The delivery email states the exact cutoff. Download and securely retain your licensed copy before that time. Link expiration does not delete files already downloaded or end the permitted use of those files.

Anyone possessing the download link may be able to use it while it is valid. Do not post or forward it. For a missing email, failed download or expired link, contact CIS@COAIG.com with your order reference and purchase email address. COAIG will verify the order before addressing access or issuing a replacement link.

Do not send passwords, payment-card details or restricted government information.

Because these digital resources can be downloaded and copied, refunds are reviewed case by case; no automatic refund is promised. Contact CIS@COAIG.com with your order reference, purchase email address and reason for the request. Report access failures, duplicate charges or material problems so they can be investigated. This policy does not exclude or limit any refund, remedy or other right required by applicable law.

If a refund is approved, COAIG will provide the applicable instructions and payment-processing information. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary. This toolkit policy is separate from CIP subscription cancellation and advisory-service terms.

The purchase covers the edition identified in the product description. No fixed update period, lifetime-update entitlement or bundle-upgrade credit is promised unless expressly included in the offer accepted at purchase. Support for download/access issues and questions about the supplied resources is available at CIS@COAIG.com. Customization, proposal review and consulting require a separately agreed scope.

The resources assist with education, planning and business decisions. They are not legal, tax, accounting or certification advice, do not guarantee compliance or a contract award, and are not a continuous regulatory-monitoring service. Verify current solicitation requirements and amendments, replace illustrative inputs with supported information, and have a qualified person review consequential conclusions. Spreadsheet results depend on the inputs and stated assumptions. Required third-party software is not included.
